Naked Golf Day at Rainbow! (NSFW!)

Let’s start with this, there are NSFW photos in this post. If you’re not in a safe place to see that (e.g. work), then go no further! Likewise, if that’s not your cup of tea, I’ll have more posts with perfectly SFW posts in the near future. (I think I’ll probably have the occasional NSFW post too.) That said…

Today a group from Naked, one of my favorite clothing optional sims in SL and very worth visiting if that’s your bag, had a field trip to Rainbow Valley, kicking off the first Naked Golf Day! A group of about 20 of us got together and played nine holes au naturel. That’s spending clothing optional time outdoors at a beautiful sim AND playing golf – two great tastes that taste great together!

I started the back nine with my partner, Sam Daltrey, and the charming Alexandra ‘Rahbit’ Hamilton. (Sidebar: Rahbit is an adorable nickname and I’m totally calling my new friend that.)

Unfortunately, Sam got called away to RL after the 12th hole (which is a shame, she was having a great start), leaving Alexandra and me to finish out the back nine. She and I proved to be pretty evenly matched, which made for a really exciting afternoon. We had a great time and exchanged contact information so we can continue playing again. Rahbit promised to teach me her own version of strip golf, and I’m looking forward to learning.

I missed this 3 meter putt! 😦 My smile disappeared just as soon as my putt broke wrong.

After I finished with a 30, we joined a small group chatting and dancing for a little 19th hole fun with many of the people who had played there today along with Lexy, the course owner, and Chelsea Malibu from TrueGolf. It really was just a fantastic outing and I had the best time. If you enjoy a little clothing optional time AND are an SL golfer, I hope you’ll stop by Rainbow on Wednesday afternoon and play a round without having to worry about golf fashion.
